Sarah listened carefully to me when we spoke together about the event and came up with the perfect menu for a casual summer surprise birthday party for my husband. Food was delicious, and Gary was able to do it last minute, with a short turn around. Also understood exactly what we wanted and was able to get it set up with pretty much no time! I've heard a lot about Eggwhites, not only through my best friend but through many other friends in South Florida that frequent events and parties. I have used Eggwhites Special Event Catering for numerous events for one of my clients and they are nothing short of amazing! I've had events where we've spent months planning and I called Chef Gary Lampner everyday (sometimes twice a day) with changes to our plan. But I've also had events where he has put together an amazing presentation of food and services in less than a week (all while not comprising service or quality). All the food he serves is fresh and delicious. At these events, my only complaint is I don't have enough time to eat more of it!

I have only worked with Eggwhites Special Event Catering on one event but the experience was great. In my role at Miami magazine, we worked with Eggwhites on our "To Live & Dine in Miami" event. We had over 400 guests on the first floor of the Moore building as well as over seven restaurants with sampling stations. Eggwhites was extremely helpful and an instrumental support in making the event such a huge success. The entire Eggwhites team was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating. In addition to handling all logistics, the Eggwhites team also served a Wasabi Infused Tuna Tartare with Avocado inside of an empty egg shell. I heard from quite a few guests that the Eggwhites dish was their favorite of the night. I would definitely work with Eggwhites again and recommend them fully for any small or large-scale event.

I used this company for a surprise party I held for my husband. I had never used them before, my only reference was their display at the Wine and Food Festival. They had, by far, the best setup, so I called them up. I entrusted them with my party and was not disappointed. From Lindy, who helped me figure out what I needed, to the whole staff the day of the event, they were extremely professional. Their food (the most important aspect) was absolutely delicious. My guests were raving about how good everything was for days. They were very willing to help with anything I needed for my party, and always did so with a smile. After talking to and interviewing countless companies, I finally found Eggwhites. They came highly recommended, and after talking to Lindy Robinson, the coordinator, I knew I was in excellent hands. She took what I wanted and made it happen! My parents' backyard was transformed into a spectacular setting. She organized the tent and our menu was amazing.
